Return & Refund Policy
We fully understand that sometimes there is a need to return the items that you purchased. And whatever the reason, we happily accept returns within 14 days of purchase on all items as long as they are in their original packaging.
Returns are always free. For more detail on refund, please review the Refunds section below.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will look into it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you further instruction.

When returning from outside of Sweden you have to declare RETURN fully visible on the package. Otherwise we will have to pay taxes to collect your package, and Kalilo takes no responsibility for it. The package will be returned to you instead and if this incurs any charges from the carrier, Kalilo is not responsible for those charges.
