Return & Refund Policy
We fully understand that sometimes there is a need to return the item(s) that you purchased. And whatever the reason, we happily accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURN
Returns are at your own expense. To send something back to us, you yourself can choose how you do this, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping - so you can easily see for yourself if we have received the item(s) or where they are. We also recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we take no responsibility for damaged or lost return item(s) during delivery.
Please remember that if the returned item(s) is(are) not in the original condition (damaged, washed, missing label), then we cannot sadly accept return as we will no longer be able to re-sell returned item(s).
Please be careful while trying them out as some of our items are delicate.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you further return instructions.
When you are packaging the return item(s), please declare RETURN fully visible on the package. Failing to do so might incur taxes when we collect the returned package. We do not pick up returns with custom/taxes/VAT. The package will be returned back to you at your expense.
We highly recommend using the same package that your item(s) were delivered in as its environmental friendly.
We are really proud of the quality of our products. We check every item before shipping them. However, if you received a defective/damaged item, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused for you, we will do our best to find a good solution. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the order at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect/damage & we will happily help you.
Please remember that in case you do not pick up the package or it cannot be delivered to you - shipping charges still apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After we have received the item, we will process your refund and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily look into it.
